RESIDENTIAL OPEN PLAN & STRUCTURAL ALTERATIONS Single Family Detached OBJECTIVES: • Create open plan with remodeled Kitchen and connect original house living space with isolated addition on rear of house. ALTERATIONS: • Remove existing basement stair from Kitchen that runs between Dining Room back wall and structural back wall of house. Add new stair down into rear addition. Add new basement stair from rear addition. Remove dropped ceiling up to bottom chord of scissor truss. SERVICES: Initial design consultation and site work to evaluate existing space, wall and roof structure. Prepare preliminary schematic design plans and permit drawings with structural modifications. Plans & sections for permit drawings ($2432). The owner acted as general contractor and builder. Photos have been provided by the Client and from TBB's site visits.
